Get help

Email us at business@swissmasonry.org. Tell us:

  • What you were trying to do.
  • What happened instead (a screenshot helps).
  • Your account email and, if it's about a specific document, the estimate, invoice, or contract it involves.

We read every message. We aim to reply within one business day.

Common topics

Getting paid

  • Connect Stripe to start taking card and ACH payments. You set this up once.
  • Processing fees: card is 3.4% + 30¢ per transaction; ACH is about 1%. Fees are always shown in the app.
  • Payouts land in your bank on Stripe's schedule. If a payout is late or a payment failed, check your Stripe dashboard first, then email us.

Estimates and change orders

  • Send an estimate and your customer can accept or decline it with one tap from a public view link.
  • Approved a bigger scope mid-job? Add a change order — it keeps the original quote intact and tracks the difference.

Contracts and e-signature

  • BidBook's e-signature is built in. Your customer can type or draw their signature.
  • Every signature is backed by an audit trail and an audit certificate, stored with the signed document, so it holds up as a record.
  • Sent to the wrong email or need to re-send a signing link? You can do that from the document.

Sharing documents

  • Every estimate, invoice, and contract has a public /view link you can text or email to a customer — no login needed on their end.
  • The activity feed shows you when a document was viewed, signed, or paid.

Branded PDFs

  • Add your logo and business details in your business profile, and your estimates, invoices, and contracts generate as branded PDFs automatically.

Installing the app

  • BidBook installs as an app right from your browser (Add to Home Screen) — that's the PWA.
  • Native apps are available on the App Store and Google Play, with push notifications (so you know the moment an invoice is viewed or paid), camera for job-site photos, Face ID app-lock, and offline drafts.
